Yesterday, I decided to go on a 10 day juice fast. It was kind of a spur of the moment idea, but I am really into it and staying positive. I bought a juicer along with a bunch of veggies and fruit. I also went out for an Italian dinner that consisted of pasta with a vodka sauce, bread, ice-cream, the whole deal. It was amazing.
Day 1
Day one was nothing. I don’t really eat much during meals anyway. But, I am definitely missing the protein… bacon! I did become a little hungry an hour or so after breakfast, but the hunger went away. I realized I need to be more prepared, and plan out the day’s drinks. This is a learning process. I am looking forward to day two.
